Passport Download Kit

Directions

1. Print out the Passport File double-sided, flipping the page along the long left edge.

For the best experience, print on cardstock or heavy paper.

2. Cut along the dotted horizontal line.

3. Place the back and front cover sheet over the Intermediate High and Novice High Sheet and staple along the black lines.

4. Fold in half so that the passport opens like a book with the cover in front.
